Online Orders:

When submitting orders through FTP or E-mail, you must also send an order request to our customer service E-mail address, or phone, or Fax the appropriate imaging form which can be downloaded from our imaging form page... E-mail your request for a private FTP request. Please allow 48 hrs. for account activation... Or contact our customer service department for immediate guest access information.

Limit of Liability:

 Submitting any film, print, slide, artwork or negative to this lab for processing, printing or other handling constitutes an AGREEMENT by you that any damage or loss by our company, subsidiary, or agents, even though due to the negligence or other fault of our company, subsidiary, or agents, will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of unexposed film and processing. Except for such replacement, the acceptance by our company, subsidiary and/or agents of the film, print, slide, artwork, or negative is without other warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded. The prices in this list replace any and all previous price lists and are subject to change without notice. Calypso Imaging is not responsible for orders or original materials left over 30 days. Our products cannot be warranted against a change of color.

Overtime
Services:

 This service is by arrangement only and carries a surcharge, after 5 p.m. and up until 8 p.m., of $35.00 per technician per hour. After 8 p.m. or on the weekend, the surcharge will include a $200.00 Lab-opening fee and $50.00 per hour per technician required to be on the premises, plus 100% additional charge on all services.

Pickup and
Deliveries:

For our Silicon Valley customers, we pick up and drop off at Pepper?s Mail Center (tel 408-244-9955), in Santa Clara on Mondays and Thursdays between 11:00 and 12:00 noon. We have a $10 minimum and a $2 service fee per order. Click here for a map to Peppers

Out of area deliveries are shipped by FedEx, Ups or Cal Overnight plus a package/handling fee. Please make arrangements with customer service when placing an order.

Production
Day:

 The normal production days are Monday - Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Turn around times start when complete information, authorization and materials arrive at the lab.

Quotations:

 Information given on the phone can only be approximate. Price and turn around time will be finalized when the job arrives at the lab.

Shipping:

 Any orders we ship are subject to a packaging fee plus shipping charges. For approximate costs please send your zip code and a description of what we will be sending to m_rice@calypsoinc.com.
Crating or special arrangements need to be made well in advance of the shipping date.

Terms:

 Unless previously arranged, all sales are C.O.D. We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa or American Express. Approved accounts will receive a statement during the first week of each month. An account is considered past due if it is not paid within 30 days of the invoice date. Accounts with invoices that remain unpaid beyond 60 days of the invoice date will be placed on C.O.D. basis and incur a late payment charge of1.5% per month (18% per year). Accounts that are 90 days beyond the invoice date will not be serviced until the account is brought current and may be subject to collection procedures. There may be a $25.00 charge on any returned check.
