Professional Lightjet 5000 Service
Our continuous tone images on Fuji Crystal Archive-Type CD tm material can be imaged directly from you digital file or scanned film. Our Professional pricing includes liquid-mounted high end drum scans on our superb Tango scanner, which can achieve up to a maximum density of 4.0. Standard scan size is 200MB saved as 16 bit files (equivalent to 5000dpi from 35mm). We recommend that you consider ordering a scan large enough to accommodate the very largest print that you can foresee ordering. Larger scans will enable you to order a single scan with enough resolution for all image sizes. We will match the color and density of your original film using calibrated monitors and the discerning eyes of master technicians. Also included in our Professional service is one 8x10 test print and global density and color correction if needed. Note: We recommend scanning film no higher than 5000dpi of original size... Lightjet and/or Photoshop interpolation is more than adequate compared to the actual film grain being enlarged at higher resolutions.(We can also archive your file here for an additional cost of .10/MB) (Reprints of your profiled files are eligible for Lightjet Preferred/Reprint pricing).
